How we worked
- Week 1: Discovery sprint with Sahel PM. Locked the MVP scope, agreed on Arabic-first design.
- Weeks 2-6: Shipped core flows (login with Nafath, booking, tracking) on Next.js + tRPC.
- Weeks 7-12: Added Mada + STC Pay payments, dashboards, and integrations with the legacy system.
- Weeks 13-16: Hardening, performance pass, rollout to 100% of customers.
